The Jenkins crew were responsive to our concerns through a stressful situation.
Jenkins did an incredible job for us. We had a major fire that required a lot of work to restore our house to its original condition. Gary Schembs and his team at Jenkins were first-rate. They were always responsive to our concerns and kept the project moving despite the challenges presented by building in these uncertain times. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Jenkins did a great job on the workmanship and professional courtesies in our restoration project.
The employees were fantastic, friendly, listened well to my concerns, and answered all questions to my satisfaction.
Jenkins Restorations should have been more involved in the repair process. They were not hands on but hired other individual contractors to do the work. One contractor did a poor job, and another contractor was hired to come in and fix those problems. I meet with one Jenkins employee only once through this entire process. A timetable was never established so I did not know when the work would be done or completed. I would receive a phone call a day or before they had someone scheduled to come by. The entire process took much longer to be completed than I had thought it would. Noone from Jenkins Restorations ever came by to inspect the job once it was completed.
My focal point officer from Jenkins Restorations was a gentleman by the name of Bryce. Bryce's performance during this task period was excellent. As former PMP officer and contracting officer in another life, working that is, I look for certain characteristics in people that I am dealing with and Bryce stood tall in the arena. He was cordial, very informative as to the tasks required and what I could expect as far as the restoration and performance. He was very responsive to all my questions and he addressed each question or concern in a very professional manner. Bryce took the time and effort to explain to me all the in and outs of the projects and I felt very comfortable with his responses.
I’m happy to have had my home restored but I really wish I would have selected another company. I had to question actions on my contract throughout the full process. I did not monitor this company as much as I should have with removal of content, evaluation of repairing my home before signing the contract, or correct measurements of items throughout my home. This company was greedy and I had to correct somethings on the content removal process being the price was double charged. It was a poor experience with Jenkins. I thought work would be completed by employees of Jenkins for the rebuild but all they did was hire sub contractors and I really did not like having so many different people in my home. Jenkins just lied about a lot of things and lacked detailed to things in my home which I made them go back to complete. I can go on and on about the non excitement of Jenkins but I’ll end it here. Before you select this company make sure you get multiple quotes , record them saying recoverable depreciation is yours bc that’s what I was told but later changed to being their, keep a close monitor on progress and never let them tell you what you can’t do without talking to insurance. Oh yeah, take at least one day to think about signing the agreement with Jenkins bc once you sign you have only 3 days to cancel. Therefore, if they find supplements during the walk through without reading the fire or water damage report ; you may need to question if they are really for you.
Jenkins team was great!!!
Great work, great service.
They did exactly what they said they would do. I am back in my home, and I love it.
All the employees and people that worked on my home project were all very professional. I would give them all five stars. Dustin Hughes, the project foreman, went above a beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and was done properly.
What I liked most about Jenkins was their professionalism. They kept in contact with me all the time. They also had great subcontractors that were professional!
I didn't think this job could be done the way they told me. After they got it done I was just amazed. I just set there and cried. I'm very pleased. Job well done.
Chris did a wonderful job. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. They did an awesome job even though the weather tried to keep them away. I don't have anything but great things to say about them
Unbelievable in regards to professionalism and personalized service. Very reactive. Bryce is a rock star.
Jenkins Restoration personnel were prompt. courteous and very knowledgeable. They listened to my issues and provided valid solutions.
This is the second time we had to use their services. Both times they responded quickly, answered our questions and orchestrated the repairs. Friendly, courteous, flexible and knowledgeable. I hope to not have to see them again. But should another pipe burst or bathroom leak, I will be happy to have them help us out again.
There is no other company I would call when I need home restorations. I have been using Jenkins Restoration since 2014. Very pleased with their workmanship and professionalism.
Chris was so efficient, explained everything. Any time I had a question was right there to answer. The contractors he had come did a great job . I would highly recommend this company.
Marvin Prudencio is awesome! He was responsive, professional, and was easy to work with. He was calm, and creative in how to resolve issues. We really appreciate him!
They provided excellent service!
Everyone I interacted with at Jenkins was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The work was done well and on time.
Special thanks to Gary Schembs, a top-notch project manager.
