Jenkins Restorations is very responsive and everyone is pleasant to work with.
Company was great to work with, timely and professional.
I give them three stars because it was sometimes difficult communicating with the project manager. For some of the work they did in the beginning, I felt like I had to watch over them to get it completed. In my opinion, it wasn't the highest quality of work.

I would not hire Jenkins again to repair a broken fence gate. The overall experience was abysmal. I hired these clowns to expertly handle a restoration project but I learned very quickly they were inept at the most basic tasks. Save yourself and slam the door!
There was a product delay on my flooring but Nick Goffredo kept me updated regularly.

There was poor lack of communication and follow up. The floor keeps coming up. They didn't clean the floor before they put down the tiles, and now the tiles are starting to come up. When they told us the floor was dirty, that the glue was not sticking, then they pulled the floor up, cleaned it, and re-glued the surface down.
