As Jenkins didn't do the full scope of my home repair - they didn't properly do the initial water mitigation too. They charged me a very high amount for a job that they left at the middle and didn't even think of finishing properly.

We still have three warranty items that they have not taken care of. They just turned it over to us.

We had to keep referring back to what was told to us and explain it to the workers. It made the project aggravating for us.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company due to the poor communication between my Jenkins Restorations project manager, my Travelers Insurance claims adjuster and myself. After the initial meeting at my home with the project manager, I could not seem to get my calls or text messages returned. Commitments were made by Jenkins Restoration that were not fulfilled, such as bringing flooring samples to my home and providing me with a quote to do some additional out-of-pocket repair work in my basement.
Jenkins Restorations provided top-notch service, were timely, and did what they said they would do, while providing outstanding customer service.
I absolutely would recommend Jenkins Restoration company to friends and family. They are professional, courteous and just downright friendly. They explain the process, work with the customer on their needs and are excellent at communicating with you. Timely, - I could go on and on. This made me actually choose Jenkins for the repair portion of the damages. I am super happy with them so far too! Great company

There is way to much for a survey but, not keeping appointments, no call no show, work took months no follow-up i had to chase them or complain to Allstate, PM never came out till i said something to upper management the list goes on
