I absolutely would recommend Jenkins Restoration company to friends and family. They are professional, courteous and just downright friendly. They explain the process, work with the customer on their needs and are excellent at communicating with you. Timely, - I could go on and on. This made me actually choose Jenkins for the repair portion of the damages. I am super happy with them so far too! Great company

There is way to much for a survey but, not keeping appointments, no call no show, work took months no follow-up i had to chase them or complain to Allstate, PM never came out till i said something to upper management the list goes on

The mitigation portion of my job was excellent! Rashad Jones, along with his colleague, arrived quickly, completed the emergency job after hours and he was very good at communicating with me throughout the process. The repair side of the business has not been quite as timely or responsive. I waited three weeks for an estimate and was unable to get ahold of the project manager much of the time. However, I am not finished with that portion of the project. So, I'll reserve full comments on that work until completion.
Throughout the whole 6 month process it was clear that my home was never a priority
