We are providing Clorox wipes and sanitizers to employees that continue to work at the office (essential construction trades).
They were really professional and cleaned up well. We were really pleased with the job.
I wasn't happy with the way it was done and wouldn't want anyone else to go through it. A neighbor let me know it wasn't right and he felt they were taking advantage of me. I think if they had someone watching them all the time, they would've done a better job. When they took the metal off, I could see the rotten wood and they could too. They said they would cover it up and were going to leave the rotten wood. The contract said they would replace all rotten wood.
The workmanship was excellent. They had poor communication.
They were very good about working with me. I had personal issues, and they were willing to work around it. They were even willing to wait on part of the payment.
From sales to installation to customer service, they were courteous, polite and efficient.
This is the third time I have used Jeff Home Improvements, Inc. I have a rental property and a home they have completed work on, and they always do a good job. I can count on Jeff Home Improvements, Inc.

Unfortunately, after the sale of my new roof everything went downhill. Salesman was great in every aspect. However, the workmanship was not. Not even a month into having my roof installed we had a windstorm and a 4x4 square of shingle tore off. Was repaired same night at 8:30pm with no notice and no one ringing my doorbell. Good thing I knew what they were there for and wasn't asleep. Approximately 2 weeks later another windstorm, leaving about a 6x6 patch of shingle missing......To top it off, from them removing my original roof, I had to pay $250+ to have my landscape lighting repaired and some replaced. Found over 20 nails in my yard and driveway. Thankfully no flat tires, But pretty bad when your neighbors put roof nails in your mailbox to prove a point.
One could not pick a better company to replace a roof. With 34 years of experience, the company sent their sales person, Michael, to my house on Monday. He called my insurance adjuster on Tuesday. My adjuster gave his approval on Wednesday. Signed a contract with Jeff Home Improvements on Thursday. Roofing materials were delivered on Friday. My roof was replaced on Saturday. One could not ask for a more professional and efficient company using OC Duration 50 years shingles to replace a hail damaged roof. I am very happy with Jeff Home Improvements, their products, and service. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs a new roof.
