Our shingle order was messed up. They put part of it on before we stopped them. They said what we wanted was a higher price even though we told the salesman that we wanted exactly what was on there. Initially we agreed to pay part of it but decided it was not our fault and decided against it. There were cigarette butts in our backyard and we don’t smoke. The clean up was not real good. They also installed windows and the caulking job was not good.

Organized, landscape protected and good cleanup. Beautiful roof.

Fast and quality

I would be afraid that there experience wouldn’t be good and I hesitate to recommend services that I can’t be 100% confident in. My biggest complaint is follow-up. Even after the last work, no one checked back to see if things were done to my satisfaction. I would think that a supervisor or the salesman would want to visit with a walkthrough to validate job completion/satisfaction.

It took just over 6 months from planning to finish to complete 35 years of deferred maintenance on every aspect of the house dealing with improving outside appearance, weather tightness, and energy efficiency. They did exceed the budget by less than 10%, which I was impressed with considering the issues uncovered during work along with changes that I requested.
