We build Energy Efficient and Zero Energy Homes, incorporating passive solar orientation, super insulation, and options to produce electricity from the sun. ENERGY EFFICIENT and NET ZERO ENERGY HOMES in Midcoast Maine. We renovate homes in a manner that will make them as energy efficient as possible. Energy auditors test the home for air tightness, determine the amount of installed insulation, assess the condition of the heating system, and evaluate the overall performance of the structure.
