Excellent job with no detail left undone
It was a relatively easy experience and they were professional. We were very happy with the way the floors turned out.
I've had to place two insurance claims. The first time my insurance sent out Interstate Construction. Interstate Construction was helpful and patient with the questions I had since it was my first insurance claim. Recently I placed the second insurance claim and I requested Interstate Construction. I knew I could trust Interstate Construction with the clean up of water damage that occurred in my home. Everyone I've interacted with at Interstate Construction is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
They were very friendly, very professional, and the work was just excellent.
They did a terrific job and did it quickly. They were all professional and nice.
They were very quick and efficient. They began and finished in no time. If it hadn't snowed, it would have been quicker.
Great work on a complicated project.
Interstate Construction, LLC was extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to work with to meet our needs. We were very comfortable with the team that worked on our project.
The quality of work was good. Interstate Construction, LLC could have been a little more organized.
I was very impressed with Andy and his team.
From the project manager to the individuals working on-site, they were all very professional, responded to my issues or concerns, and provided an issue resolution.
They were great.
A tree feel on our attached garage this past summer during a storm. AAA is our insurer and after viewing the damage assigned Interstate Construction to perform the repairs. It was explained that AAA uses several companies which cycle in a rotation and Interstate was up for us. Their estimator Kris Langer was very thorough and spent significant time measuring and taking pictures. I was happy at this point. Once AAA and Interstate agreed on the scope and cost of repairs, we were assigned project manager Barry Jones. He also viewed the damage and said due to a lack of sub-contractors, it could take a couple months to complete repairs. Some time later Barry informed us that Interstates owner, Erik Langer, wanted to take a look at the damage. When we asked when repairs might begin, he said they had a good crew finishing up a job, would get to us next and that if we wanted it to start sooner he could get some guys but they were likely just released from prison. That comment concerned me. Twelve weeks, which for those keeping score is three months after our home was damaged, the good crew was scheduled to begin, but Barry Jones called to inform us that this "good" crew was now out of town and would not repair our home. Barry scrambled and called in a favor from a personal friend who did not normally work with Interstate, to begin repairs. This was Hard Hat Roofing & Remodeling and its owner Dennis (do not know last name). He and his guys were great. They worked us in between jobs they were already committed to, worked Sundays and Holidays. I was concerned for Dennis and Barry since at this point I was led to believe that Barry, rather than Interstate was paying Dennis for his work. Dennis remarked that he was worried about being paid by Interstate. When Interstate was done (rebuilt roof truss's, framing, shingles, trim and gutters), what remained was sheet rock repair inside garage, painting inside and out, replace garage door and repair cracked driveway. Based on requests from Barry as to who painted our house and poured our driveway, it sounded like Interstate also did not have subs lined up to do this work. I had it at this point, informed both AAA and Interstate that I did not want Interstate to do anything else on my home, asked them to pay Interstate for work completed and write me a check for the balance so I can engage contractors to complete the remaining work. This was done.
Ryan and the Team have been a dream to work with! Although things out of their control has came up like delays in material because of manufacturers due to COVID, they have went above and beyond to find a way for us to be back in our home as quickly as possible. Ryan calls atleast once a week to check on us and I feel genuinely cares about the experience we have.
The communication was very good, and the quality of work was very good.
Interstate Construction comes in to tell me that they would do this and that. They would take care of things. They came in and tore up my house. A different company has to come in to do the repairs. They were not upfront about the process. They have stepped away and I have another company doing the repairs.
They did a great job, and I want to thank them for that.
The entire team at Interstate was excellent. They were responsive, followed through with excellent work and always available. Whenever I reached out to the project manager, Eric he immediately responded and addressed all of my issues/needs. I would highly recommend this company.
They were very professional and the workmanship was exceptional. I would not hesitate to contact them for further work done on my home.
They were very helpful, informative, and friendly.
Most of the work was fine. They did bring clothes that did not belong to me, but they took them back when I told them they weren't mine. Part of the company is really good, but other parts need help.
They did a great job, thank you.
The company earned my trust early on and that made a big difference.
Interstate was a phenomoneal company to work with during the restoration of my home. Their crews lead by Dave Ikeler were absolutely phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work with and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.
CONSUMER BEWARE! Interstate was sent to us by our insurance company without any choice. They quoted us when they arrived and we were comfortable with that quote. Then they sent their final bill to our insurance company and it was more than double what they quoted us. When asked about this they were rude and gave us no resolution. We now have to fight with our insurance company because there’s no funds left in our claim due to Interstate’s deceptive practices. The person on the initial call was extremely rude and put out by having to come to our job, and then when told I’d find someone else, snapped that he was coming. The individuals that showed up for the job were friendly and worked hard. After a week, they completed the job and then sent the bill off without our review, obviously because they were trying to gouge the insurance company.
