There was some miscommunication and shingles were not ordered to do my garage roof. I had to have the dumpster in my driveway and additional week with no communication on what the plan would be. Also, they used the wrong size nails and now I have nails coming through my entire soffit. I’m not sure how I will paint.

The roof replacement exceeded my expectations. Very thorough job all done in one day including the cleanup. The price was the best of the other three quotes I got. And I was pleasantly surprised to have them show up a week later to power wash the driveway.

Who do you say? The work was great. The cleanup not so much. And a lot of my yard was damaged beyond what I had expected. They also had to come back and do a repair and then had to come back and do another repair. And while they did those things it took a long time for them to happen.

We are very pleased with the work IWC did on our roof. They gave us a good price and their work was excellent. They were recommended to us by several neighbors and we in turn have recommended them to others.

House and property were damaged during the year ok ff and replacement. Not all that was promised was done such as replacing a roof vent. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company

He gave up front pricing and completed the job on the agreed on day for the dollar amount quoted. I was completely satisfied with the project start to finish.

They were quick to respond, provide us a bid, and got the job done within the 2 week deadline that our insurance company imposed upon us. Appreciated how helpful and patient they were as I struggled to decide which color of roof I wanted. Workers were professional, clean, and left our place immaculate, even power washing our driveway when done. The bid was lower than the 2 others I got. The supplier (where I went to look at samples) said that IWC are the best installers and have special certification with the shingle manufacturer that allows an even longer warranty to be provided. Highly recommend.
