This project was quite literally almost perfect from beginning to end. From the first time I reached out (reference from a neighbor) the communication was quick, bid was fast and very competitive, and I was constantly kept up to date on the schedule. I was out of country when the date for installation was close. Due to rain they delayed it two days when I was actually back in the country. They started working on my roof at 6:00 a.m. and were completely done and cleaned up by about 3:30 p.m. I love the new ridge vents, they replaced my furnace vent without asking and the same on my shed they replaced the old vent with a better one. They technicians that installed the roof were fast, efficient and did an amazing job cleaning up. They left my house and yard better than they found it, they were friendly and hardworking. My new shingles look amazing and we are 100% happy with the project from start to end!

For improvement, you need to have your crews cover areas off the roof to protect plants and trees. Another neighbor just had there roof replaced and that roofer crew used needing to protect small shrubs, plants and the entrance way. A lesson your crews could learn from. Also, we are still finding nails and green or orange round tabs used on the roofing nails.

They seem genuinely concerned about the quality. They took extra precautions to help protect and clean up my yard. They were extremely fast, wow it was like a swarm of bee's. Thank you.
