The entire process ran well the entire way. The company was very straightforward with everything and communicated in a timely manner with any concerns or questions that arose. 5/5 stars!

Bad communication on schedule. Did not complete when they said they would and never completed the clean up. Had to buy the tenant a magnet and pay him for cleaning up. Requested a repair on the ridge because they came up short on ridge vent and contractor took 2.5 weeks to finish and did not communicate on the status. Not only will I not recommend, I have already express the performance to several other neighbors and told them to stay away from IWC. This is inclusive to that neighborhood and also in my own and at my other rental properties. I have successfully deflected 5 contacts so far and feel it is an obligation to keep telling anyone I can.

This project was quite literally almost perfect from beginning to end. From the first time I reached out (reference from a neighbor) the communication was quick, bid was fast and very competitive, and I was constantly kept up to date on the schedule. I was out of country when the date for installation was close. Due to rain they delayed it two days when I was actually back in the country. They started working on my roof at 6:00 a.m. and were completely done and cleaned up by about 3:30 p.m. I love the new ridge vents, they replaced my furnace vent without asking and the same on my shed they replaced the old vent with a better one. They technicians that installed the roof were fast, efficient and did an amazing job cleaning up. They left my house and yard better than they found it, they were friendly and hardworking. My new shingles look amazing and we are 100% happy with the project from start to end!
