My experience with Integrous from start to finish was excellent. The quoting and design process was quick and detailed. Any requested changes to the design were made quickly and with trusted feedback from the sales rep. They worked with me to find a solution that matched my budget. The build process was wonderful. The crew that came each day was prompt and friendly. Any questions we had through the process they had no problem stopping to answer and walk us through. I would without question recommend Integrous to anyone thinking about building a deck or porch and if I have an opportunity to use them again in the future I would.

We have had Integrous out to do work on three different occasions..and each time they did spectacular work and were as professional and as nice as could be. They are a top notch company and the only thing better than their craftsmanship (which is amazing) is their desire and ability to completely satisfy their customers. Integrous Fences & Decks offer superior workmanship from start to finish. They helped plan my deck project, offering suggestions and readily made changes to the plan in order to make it what we wanted prior to start of work. The on site crew were professional and very communicative. I spoke with the job supervisor each morning before I left for work. He made a suggestion which slightly modified one portion of the project making the project even better than planned. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day. They completed the job earlier than scheduled.

Working with Integrous was flawless from start to finish. A great crew delivered our dream deck in an impressive amount our time and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.

Delmar went above and beyond when we had a mishap with the the flashing of our roofs. He took responsibility and took care of us. He also made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. He stood by his word, the quality of his work, and his men; I would highly recommend him. In the end our covered deck looks amazing.

We recently decided to replace a 20 year old fence and deck at the same time. We thought the process was going to be overwhelming but Delmar made it stress-free. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. The inside team was very helpful when making the deposit. And lastly the crew that was deployed were efficient & tidy. They not only removed the fence and deck but completed the install in four days with no damage to our lawn. We had the best experience and we will recommend them to anyone we can in the future!
