Integrity Construction and development handled all of my restoration needs during a very trying time. All staff, contractors and subcontractors were amazing to work with and extremely knowledgeable. They were all perfectionists and had the best interest of my home in mind while keeping me informed during the entire project. I would highly recommend this company for all of your restorative needs. When the water heater went in December and flooded the kitchen, I immediately knew to put in a call to the ServePro folks (having seen their TV ads very recently). They quickly came out, evaluated the situation, and got the Integrity Construction folks involved. They were with me along every step of the process, from teardown to final details. They went with my vision of what a repaired kitchen would look like, while at the same time offering advice on what would work best - for example, the decision to go from an angled sink to one up against the windows had many benefits. They also provided me valuable input on details such as wall color, and readily went with my decision to change from Belgian Waffle to a gray (we did a swatch of the Belgian Waffle, and it turned out to be too orangey for my tastes - theirs too!). All in all, I'm glad they were here.

Workmanship was excellent. There were delays caused by suppliers sending wrong cabinets plus dealing with COVID 19. These were not Integrity's fault.

My claim was very difficult to process with insurance and I am deeply grateful for all of their patients, help, and perseverance while the insurance company was settling its paperwork. There were no quality issues and everything is still performing perfectly. We have not had any issues and I would definitely use Integrity again. I would like to recognize Erin and Matt. They went above the call of duty on many occasions to help us with the entire situation.
