Extremely customer focused. Made sure we were completely satisfied. Installation crew extremely professional. They were craftsmen rather than installers. Left our kitchen cleaner than when they started.

The workmen were very courteous,they were thorough and actually did more than I expected.

Zachary was professional, communicated job well and was very conscientious about cleanliness. Having the Field Manager check in was appreciated. The install looks great!

The entire process was handled with professionalism. Our sale rep, Eli, explained everything and did not try to over sell but took time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. And I loved the pricing sheet so you knew exactly what each item was going to cost. The install was flawless and Zach did an amazing job doing the work cleanly, professionally, answered all our questions. Truly a great all around experience.

Happy with the windows and they did everything they said they would because I asked a lot of questions. The installers were courteous and informative of any questions I had. The inside and the outside of the house was left in the same shape as when they arrived. Great job!

Bad job all around

The process went very smooth. From the in home sales to the finished product! Not to mention the installation was the smoothest part about the whole process.
I would like to thank the entire team at mad city windows and baths, especially Mr Alvarez for doing such an exceptional job!

Staff were very pleasant. I had recently a kitchen cabinet refacing which look fabulous. There are a few quality issues that still need correction but they have do dar been very responsive.

The installers were fast and courtesy.

Mad city installed my shower. There was a few set backs. First was the size of the shower. When the salesman was looking at the space and measured said a 6' shower. Paper work showed a 60". Got that settled. Then the install. They knew it was going to be a larger job and said 2 days to complete (no big deal). They sent one guy out to my job which they should have had 2 .Things happen, I understand, the installer messed up and they had to reorder more material.so I had to wait 3 weeks for completion. It all came together and shower looks great tho!
