No pressure. American made products. Professional. Installers seemed to care about doing the best job possible.

Everything eent smooth from beginning to end. The crew was working in very hot conditions and did not leave until the job was complete. They walked me through the process at the start and also when complete. They were all professional and polite.

I love my windows. They worked well with us to for exactly what I was looking for.

The first person who came to our house was amazing. She was honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The person who came out to measure was very nice and efficient. The installers were nice however, there are two noticeable cuts in our bathroom floor and gaps in the caulking from installation which were not addressed. Also, the person who went into our crawlspace was loudly proclaiming how shitty all of his jobs have been recently because we are working to remove quite small amounts of water from the crawlspace. This was unprofessional and not needed behavior. When paying as much as we did, I did not expect to also now have to replace our floors and worry about water getting through the caulking eventually.

The whole process was smooth n efficient

Completed windows and patio door in one day. Professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. Clean up excellent. Carlos is a great asset to your team.

The shower head leaks. The wand gets in the way of the hot and cold. The site manager did very little managing of said site.
Parts are loose. Some are not even sealed to wall.

Bad job all around

The process went very smooth. From the in home sales to the finished product! Not to mention the installation was the smoothest part about the whole process.
I would like to thank the entire team at mad city windows and baths, especially Mr Alvarez for doing such an exceptional job!

Staff were very pleasant. I had recently a kitchen cabinet refacing which look fabulous. There are a few quality issues that still need correction but they have do dar been very responsive.

Mad city installed my shower. There was a few set backs. First was the size of the shower. When the salesman was looking at the space and measured said a 6' shower. Paper work showed a 60". Got that settled. Then the install. They knew it was going to be a larger job and said 2 days to complete (no big deal). They sent one guy out to my job which they should have had 2 .Things happen, I understand, the installer messed up and they had to reorder more material.so I had to wait 3 weeks for completion. It all came together and shower looks great tho!
