Areas Of Satisfaction - Getting the job done has been difficult because of problems with my insurance company and roofing. Julio has stayed with me the entire time. I was afraid I was going to pay out of pocket and not have a credible company do the work. Julio assured me it would not happen that way, and it didn't.
Additional Comments - Miss Sonja keeps in contact with me. She is calm and comforting; it does not feel like someone is hassling me. She is very considerate of my issues.
Mr Carlo Mateo the representative was so professional and took me step by step what to expect having my roof and gutters installed. He explained the warranty of my service. The material came about 7am and the work crew arrived about 8 am. They was very nice and cleaned up afterwards around 7 pm. They installed my gutters 3-4 days later. They did awesome job and I’m very pleased with my new roof and gutters. I will be sharing this company with my family and friends.
My roof and gutters awesome work done however the inside work my ceiling I’m so disappointed the contractor came has messed my ceiling up. He say he’s coming back to correct he has been back 2 times now waiting again. I want a refund so I can hire someone to complete this job he messed up
