ImproveIT! of Atlanta, LLC I spoke with the homeowner. The issue was explained to the the homeowner who was under the impression that ImproveIt repaired soffit/fascia as a part of the roof. Additionally, we only make two calls although, we send out several text. And the roof was completed on the day of installation.

Areas Of Satisfaction - ImproveIT! of Atlanta, LLC met my expectations with their clean-up. They left it how they found it. They covered everything up before they began working. I had already moved things out of their way, but they still laid tarps down in the front and back. When they finished, they cleaned everything up. The only issue I had, which was explained to me as a possibility was the finding of nails. It was explained to me by Daniel, that I should hose down the driveway, and that if we had a big rain, some nails might pop up.

Additional Comments - They came in and did the job. There were three different sets of people. The first dropped off the dumpster, the second were the workers, and the final set picked up the dumpster. Everyone was professional. They were all in and out.

They have different groups come out. One might say they will do a certain thing, and while waiting on that, I was told by another party that they don't do that. I have a rafter in the house that is rotting. The guy said someone would be back out to replace it, and I am still waiting. I called the office and explained it to them. She said they don't replace the rafters, and I would have to call another company. I don't agree with that. Some work was okay, but that threw me off. I told him it didn't matter what the cost was, that I wanted it replaced. He said they will be back to replace it, and he didn't know why they didn't replace it. If they had told me in the beginning they don't do that, I wouldn't have fooled with them. I was told not to on top of my own roof. I paid $9000.00, and now I have to get another roofer out. Furthermore, I am not satisfied. What good is a roof if I can't go on top of it. The salesperson said they would do that, but the lady in the office said they wouldn't. I am stuck in the middle on that.
