I like the quality and the time they spent on the project; it was acceptable.

The company has a solid plan and carefully considers each stage of its operations. Communication was excellent during the project, and they provided an automated message outside of working hours. Their team is skilled and knowledgeable, and we are satisfied with the overall project, including the warranties and value for our investment.

The guy came, explained what he was going to do first, the process, asked me if I had any questions which I said no to and he got started. He did a wonderful job, cleaned his mess up the first day. The second he cam in and finished the job, made sure I was satisfied and left. I have told several friend if and when they ever need these kinds of services to give your company a call.

I was not happy with a part of the installation. They came back three times and still didn't get it right, but I was tired of them coming back and not getting the job done correctly.

I was skeptical, they were timely, arrived and did the install, the shower base was not what I expected, the quality of the material was poor even though I paid a premium fee. Glad it's done, I am disappointed.

An installer should attend ALL sales calls. Between Sales missing info to me & the installer and the fact the builder of the condo cut corners took way over 4 weeks to complete.

They were very courteous. He did an outstanding job on what he did!

I was really impressed with how good the windows are. I tested them on a cold day, and the windows weren't even cold.

It looks good BUT it is not compatible with me. I can not bend over without heading my head against the wall or door. The shower was suppose to be extended 2 inches and I think it was decreased 2 inches or more!!! It is so small! The hand held shower is so high that it is difficult to reach. It will cost another $340 to install a slider to attach the hand held to lower it!!! I have never been so disappointed! This was such a mistake - especially since it cost so much!!

The technician installed the new shower with professional skill. He was polite, very knowledgeable about the product, and quick to answer any questions. And I was impressed with his work ethics; on time and only lunch break. Even when we had a disturbance on the street, he arrived and got to work right away.

I really appreciate the professionalism from my installer. He actually completed the job in 1 day and cleaned up afterwards.

I've been very happy with the shower installed 5 yrs ago at my house and I was happy to help my son get a new bathroom at his place. Cleaning is super easy and life time warranty is very special.

I had a great experience Improveit! From meeting with the sales team to installation, everyone was professional and respectful. My installation was complete in 2 days, and the installer was timely, professional, and kept his work area very neat, clean, and organized.

I asked for information, but I didn't get it. I had a problem with one of the doors and nobody has come to correct it.

Frank, my salesman was great!! Suggesting changes that would work, explaining the differences between the various windows. A few days later the measuring guys showed up, about a week later I received a call from the installation team. When they came, as scheduled, I apologized for not having things more organized.. ie, drapes / blinds were still up. They weren't concerned, asked me where they could put them and took them down.
They are beautiful!!
The guys cleaned the trash inside and out.
I couldn't be happier.
