Our bathroom is still not completed. We are still trying to find a company to put a mirror over our vanity. Our shower doors rattle as you open and close. The overflow trap in the vanity sink falls out.
The installers were polite,efficient and neat. They went out of their way to make certain that we were com0letely satisfied with their work, the product and the entire experience.

The guys that installed it were really nice. The salesman took over four months before they contacted me about installing. I called over and over. I called ImproveIt trying to get ahold of someone. I left messages. I tried to cancel it at one point.

Hey had some issues with a different company causing me some financing issues and I had to get that straightened out before I could finance my windows. This company was absolutely wonderful and being patient with the fact that I was having a struggle with a different company and then once I was able to get the financing straightened out, they were very quick to get out to install my windows and the installers were very professional and kind and did a great job
Great experience, material fabrication time was a bit long but was worth it after installation.
