The installers were professional and respectful of our home. The end result was beautiful, except the shower door. I felt that it took from the fit and finish of the shower. Because of the way it is made, the glass hit the track and rattled when you opened it. The installer came back and put pads on it to stop that and so far it is holding up well.
They did a good job, were very personable, and cleaned up well.
They are an excellent company. They clean up the windows after the job was done and everything was perfect.
When they say that there is no down payment for two years - you have to pay cash up front in order to get your discount. It does not say that in the paper.

I am likely to recommend Improveit! Home Remodeling to a friend, but I have one slight issue with the two of the three windows. They were locking okay, but two of them are not locking anymore.

5 stars for the work. Love my new bathtub and shower hardware. Over very satisfied. Our bathroom is beautiful. 3 stars on communication. Salesman called owner and said it would be 4 weeks because we are selling house and wanted it done quick. It took longer. What they say on the paper is what you will get. Communication after the sale was a little hit or miss. But I did get calls back so not horrible. People always friendly. Price seemed high to me and there is hard sale. Get lowest price by agreeing immediately. After salesman leaves price goes up. I got quote from several businesses and they all did this. The price was in line with all other quotes except plumber who was lower. Plumber price was peace meal, this was all inclusive. Went with them so I would not have any surprise bills. They did a great job and there was no surprises so I am happy.
