The gentleman that did our shower was very kind, knowledgeable, appreciative, and personable. We felt very comfortable working with him, and he explained a couple of things to us about our shower. I think that's important when sending representatives out to jobs. We really enjoyed him and if we ever used Improveit! Home Remodeling again, we would ask for him.
They were like family. I got to know them. They're very good guys.
Product was far more superior than any of the competitors. Price was close to the other competitors and with the quality of the product, paying $500-800 more is worth it. Sales and install team were great to work with as well, very smooth transaction.

The workmen from Improveit did a fine job on my bath, They cleaned up after each day's work and made sure to be done by Thanksgiving. They definitely went above and beyond when they fixed an unexpected problem with the flooring. Their ingenious fix was just what it needed and saved the day. Thanks again.

Rob was very polite. He was willing to answer any questions if we had any. He said if we had any questions after he left to give him a call, and he would be more than willing to answer them. He has checked in on us.
We are very happy with our decision to go with Improve It for our new shower installation. Everyone was friendly and experienced as well as eager to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way. I was most impressed by the many follow-ups to check on the workmanship and our satisfaction with the completed project.

I liked the windows but I'm not impressed. I got Window World 4 years ago and I really don't see a difference with quality and keeping the heat out. I'm kinda disappointed.
