All of the people at Apple Roofing were very nice.

It was not done in a timely manner. It took them three and a half months to get the siding put on my house. The first time, they ordered the wrong siding, and Apple Roofing was going to install it even though it wasn’t correct. It then took another two and a half months to get the right siding, and now the color is mismatched. I can’t get anyone to respond or call me back, and that’s been going on for almost a month now. It’ll be a full month on January 10th.

Better communication. I had to call every week to get the status of my repair.

Work quality was outstanding, but do not care at all for the 4 hour hard sell sales pitch/haggling on the price - exactly the same as the process for buying a car - deliberately designed to wear you down.
