They didn't give me a final count when the insurance company released the last amount of money. They charged me for the last $10,000.00 with no breakdown. I had already paid $18,000,.00, which brought the cost up to $28,000. I told them I wouldn't pay it until they gave me the breakdown. They overcharged me $4000.00. They gave me credit for what they ordered, but didn't install. Furthermore, they hadn't installed the roof vents. The bookkeeping was awful. My salesman, Johnny, was great. I think he quit before they sent me the final bill. He had been there two years. The product and the roofing experience was great, but the bookkeeping was terrible.
