I tried to interact with the lead person on the installation crew but he took offense with me making notes concerning damaged replacement planking, broken security lights, facia damage and cleanup. He said he would take care of everything at the end of the job. At the end of the job, they cleaned up the worst of the mess but left pieces of the old roofing around the trash cans and down the west side of the house. There were old roofing nails in the planter and in the grass. When the garage roof was swept clean during removal of the old roof, the nails, tar paper pieces and granules were dumped into the grass next to the garage. I didn't get the chance to point out any of this because they left without telling me. In the end, my security light was replaced but I had to put it up. The damaged planking and the facia board are my responsibility and I'm still finding roofing nails in the yard. I would tell my friend "They get the work done fast but you have to stay on top of the details".

The workmanship was excellent. The employees were friendly and courteous. There was a slight problem with cleanliness and picking up debris.
