It took too long to get a quote for my son when he needed insurance. Multiple people involved and no one got me the quote and had to ask at least 3 times. Otherwise it has been good service.

You didn't do anything wrong, other than send too many emails. But, I'm over 70 years old, and no one has ever asked me what companies I purchase insurance from, or asked me to recommend an insurance company. Therefore, it is extremely unlikely that anyone is going to ask me those questions. Consequently I probably will never be recommending your company to anyone. Not because there is anything wrong with your company, but simply because no one is going to ask me.
You raised my insurance about $100 more and I don't think that's right I have two vehicles listed with you plus my home is insured with your company too I guess that doesn't matter as long as you can make more money

I believe one return call would have answered all my questions and finalized my policy change in a day. Instead it took over a week after 3 phone calls (2 unanswered leaving vmâs) and 2 emails because all I received were emails in return that didnât answer all my questions. I finally called my credit union to ensure they received my proof of insurance and that it met their requirements.

Be very, very clear about payment arrangements. For Car insurance, better quality proof of coverage for members to carry and place in their car. Send email AND paper versions of each and every policy - or have customers choose their preference.
Well, after finalizing my insurance with payments for both homeowner and auto I was notified that I owed an additional $130.00. I contacted my agent, who kindly notified me that since I had an existing Travelers policy that I lost the credit for new customer. I do understand that this is their policy, but once a customer signs off on a policy, price, coverage etc. then that should be the premium. Not sure where the ball got dropped here but it shouldn't be in the customers lap. In addition, I had to prod the agents assistance to get my payment taken as the expiration date was coming up. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
