i am not the smartest person to use a computer but your . website made me feel like it.i had to call my agent numerous times to complete my application. I thought we had done that but I received another email telling me to do it all over again. I will call him in the morning to walk me through this. if this does not work I will consider other companies.

Absolutely terrible. You have to call them and then they tell you to call them back and then they are gone for the day literally minutes later. It's been weeks and I've still never had the agent respond to my request regarding Homeowner's insurance. He said that it would take 7-10 days even though other carriers can secure coverage within hours. I've never had an experience as terrible as this. Do not use this agency and save yourself the stress.

I have not had anyone come to repair my broken water heater. The people that were assigned the contract returned it and I was never given a new contact. Actually fixing the issue or having someone come out would be the place to start.

The amount owed is significantly more than the quote and has changed 2 times without proper explanation I went with the company due to the competitive price but now I am paying significantly more

Our insurance need was complicated by owning 2 homes (for a short period) at the same time, and not being able to gain clarity from the agent as to why we need to fully insure a shared set of goods between both homes. Also, there was some confusion as to whether or not we could pay for the insurance ourselves outright, or it needed to be escrowed as part of the mortgage plan we were applying for. It was not a smooth process.

First claim I submitted was declined.
