I fired AHS for your company, it looked amazing so I got it for my condo and my home, the first time I attempted to use it was a week or so ago after I had a gastric bypass surgery, I not only submitted the request online, I messaged and then I also called in and spoke to a young lady to let her know it was an emergency to get some out asap, as in that day! I never received a call back, or an email nothing so I called Roto Rooter because they were able to come that same morning, thank God because while they were reaming my pipes for my toilets, I was forced to make a makeshift restroom in my garage, because with bypass surgery there is no waiting, and I was unable to leave or drive. They fixed it and I uploaded the bill to your company. When I did hear back from your company it was to say that since I did not get a prior authorization to have Roto Rooter come out, they would only reimburse 150.00. I tried everything possible to speak with someone about approval with your company and nothing!! If this is not resolved, I will find a different company because emergencies are emergencies and the reason, I chose you was because I was told we could use our own contractor in these cases - no one ever said prior authorization was required for an "emergency".
