A few things.. and I told all of this to Candace already as she knows I was not very happy. 1. lack of timeliness and making sure I met deadlines before quotes expired 2. I was sent e-docs to sign and they were different prices than what I was told 3. the price difference on the auto I was told was different because the quote was past 30 days. (see point 1.) Also, when I looked at the the email I received for the quotes it was dated Dec 4th and when I got the e-docs it was January 4th so right at the 30 day mark. 4. there was a known date at which I needed to have new homeowners insurance of January 3rd and because of the lack of attention to deadlines and not keeping me apprised of what needed to be done I was put in a position where I needed to sign the docs so my homeowners didn't lapse. 5. when I saw the quote for insurance on the e-doc different from what I was told I asked to have a new doc sent without the auto since they were 2 different carriers and didn't think they were bundled. 6. A new e-doc was generated and now my homeowners was $300 higher because I wasn't told at the time of my call they were bundled so now I've had 2 experiences within less than a day where a received executable docs different from expected without an explanation or heads up they would be different. 7. I told Candace at the time this left a bad taste in my mouth, looked dishonest and the fact it happened 2x I was going to go ahead and sign the docs to get the insurance I would need, but I would be shopping around to get other quotes to see if I could get something less expensive. Overall I am very disappointed because of the above reasons and Candace admitted to me on the phone and apologized for dropping the ball and that it was a wakeup call that she had more on her plate and needed to slow down. I appreciated the apology, but again I have no recourse as the client and confirmed my view that I was not taken care of as a client. I have relayed the information about my experience to the person who referred Home Services to me because I felt it only fair to make sure they new my experience so they can make an informed decision as to whether they want to refer Home Services to any of their high end clients. As far as how to make things right I don't know there is a way as I am already paying more than I thought I would be and I know in this challenging market there are few options and controlling the price for your carriers is probably out of your control. Again, everything I have shared here, I also shared with Candace and she knows my disappointment in the service provided.
