Working with Howard’s was a fantastic experience. My program manager, Tom, was responsive, reliable and calming. I was dealing with a difficult insurance company and situation and Tom made it so much more bearable. The work was also top notch. Thank you!!

The general work was done well, but during the carpet install they cut the wires for my home security system. They said it can take 3-4 weeks for them to have them repaired, and now that it has been a few weeks they are hard to get a hold of. I am still waiting for the repair to be made.

Howard’s General Contracting handled both of my projects quickly and efficiently. When they left my house there was no addition cleanup or anything for else for me to do.

They are real good and professional. They helped me out a lot.

3 month project took over 10 months. Unprofessional, dishonest, & poor craftsmanship. Damaged my refrigerator and agreed to replace but replaced with a cheaper make and model. Lance Howard the owner is very unprofessional, disrespectful, & rude he stood in my home and cursed and complained because his project manager mismanaged my project. Terrible experience!

Finally a contractor that shows up on time, completes the project on time, does a great job and cleans up after themselves. Best experience in years. Highly recommend.

Very professional and friendly personnel. They consult other professional where they think is necessary. Stick to their time lines and treat your home as their own.

The project manager Brendan was terrible & unprofessional. He started a 2 month job that ended up taking over 6 months. Howard never checked on the progress at my property and ended up terminating him. I had to start the entire process over with a new project manager. As a result the owner was rude and unprofessional to me as if this was my fault.Terrible experience as a single woman looking for a professional, reliable, and honest contractor.

They did an excellent job finishing the project up and I am completely satisfied with it.

I am debating on calling my insurance carrier and advising them to not use Howard's General Contracting.

Mr. Howard and all those who worked to restore the damage done were thorough and completed their tasks in a very satisfactory result.

The quality of work in the end was very good. However, a couple times, we were told that the job was complete, but when we inspected, we found that either it was not, or the quality was sub-professional. That said, as soon as it was brought to the attention of the owner of the company or the job superintendent, they made sure to follow up to ensure that the work was re-done to our satisfaction.

Lance Howard is truly customer service oriented . I had extensive work done on my home which required different types if subcontractors from Howard's team.Throughout the 2 month remodling process my questions were answered in a prompt & satisfactory manner usually directly by Lance Howard. I found him easily contacted via phone, email & text. I was kept apprised of the teams work schedule, so I knew when to expect them on site. They are bonded/licensed which gave another level of comfort.The end results was a quality job. One final note; I highly recommend Lance Mason for custom or restoration cabinetry; his workmanship is stellar. In a day where fly by night, untrustworthy contractors are a dime a dozen it is reassuring & refreshing to find integrity in the general contracting industry. Area Of Satisfaction - The work was done much quicker than anticipated and we were extremely satisfied with the work performed. We expected to go through some red tape to get the claim completed, but the opposite was true, the process was quick and easy.

I really enjoyed working with these guys, much more than others I have hired in the past, and will recommend them to any one that may need them in the future and I plan on calling on them again for other work I need done.

Area Of Satisfaction - Allstate had a clean up crew at our house within 2 1/2 hours, we were very impressed. They also worked well with our contractor to get supplemental work completed. The only subcontractor used by our contractor that was professional and knew what they wee doing was the flooring company. Our tile and hardwood floors look amazing, no problems at all.
