The salesman/VP, Kenny Lisse, lied about the original offer. There were numerous delays in the process due to lack of communication in the company. Kenny lied multiple times and was racist during the sales pitch. He made a comment that you wouldn't be able to see any Mexicans through your windows when it's finished. Kenny is the Senior Consultant for the Southern region. I would not recommend HomeFix.
It was expensive.
HomeFix went against it's own contract with me an your guy Ryan tells me I owe you $297.00 because they didn't bring enough sheathing to the job. When the contract states i would be charged for unseen ROTTED wood only. There was none. That didn't stop Ryan for trying to site that for $15.00 worth of forgotten material.
Any questions or issues I had were promptly addressed and quickly resolved. They provided the information ahead of time.
There was a moment where I had to find paperwork to prove what they said they would do. But it all worked out.

Areas For Improvement - There is one valley that is over the bedroom that has had leaks and I actually still need someone to come out and fix it.

HomeFix Custom Remodeling (HCR) roofers arrived around 7:40 a.m. and no material at the house for them to begin work. Which was scheduled to start at 8 a.m. but didn't start until close to 9:30 9:45 a.m. Was told that material would be dropped off the day before work was to be done so that wouldn't happen. So that pushed the work to start late and work went late into the evening and of course workers will start rushing as it gets closer to and past knock off time.
Transparency was a big thing.
All of the employees were awesome. They did a great job from start to finish and cleaned up everything.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The workmanship was a better quality than I expected. It was actually more than what I expected. They used a high quality wood and covered it with aluminum providing longevity.
Quality Of Materials - It has not rained since the gutters were installed so the quality of materials is yet to be determined but by appearance it looks good.
Recognized Excellence - The two technicians that completed the job (I don't know their names), were very friendly and outstanding workers.
Areas Of Satisfaction - They arrived exactly when they scheduled for, briefed me on what was to be done, went with me to preinspect the work site and worked continuously until the job was done. They were very professional the entire time.
Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the estimator and the installer for their exceptional service.

Clean - They did a good job.
Recognized Excellence - Dante, Joseph, and the workers did a good job. They painted the stacks and we are the only ones in the community that have that.
