The work done on our roof is excellent, however the product is expensive. When my original roof was removed I got a call stating that my roof decking needed to be replace and now the price was almost double. The person then said that no more work would be done until this was paid “what are you going to do about it “. I felt this was very aggressive and uncalled for.

The workers were very nice. The product installed is very nice. I had an issue with them taking one day and a half to complete the project. They left some materials and had to come back and retrieve them.

They showed up inadequate. It was like they just wanted to get in and get it done. They never let anyone know they were coming, and they just started banging on the house. When I go to a house, I knock on the door to let them know I am present. I wouldn't want to be a stranger walking around someone house, and I don't want strangers walking around my house. That is what they did.

The quality of the work is great. However I feel like $40,000 for a roof on an 1100 square foot bungalow is way too much. And if I stay on the payment plan like of course I have to, I’ll end up spending $86,000. The salesperson “threw in” a storm door “free” but I couldn’t even add a new roof on my garage because it would have cost even more. I’m a single mom and this debt is devastating to me. I had not expected it. I’m glad I won’t have a leaky roof anymore but I wish I could go back and do it over.

They worked with us on pricing and the turn around time to get custom windows in a black color was extremely fast and surpassed our expectations.

Company back end services disjointed between customer service, billing systems, field communications. Only consistent help was sales person.

HomefFix does not seem to advertise..if they come to the door and you are thinking of some remodeling give them a chance to talk to you...you will happy you did

They were quick and professional. They did a great job.

I found out about HomeFix, at the big warehouse called BJ's. BJ's helps veterans and elderly people, so I thought HomeFix would be a good company. They sent a person out to talk with me that was not familiar with the ins and out of everything. He had to keep making calls. I told him I only wanted to spend around 9-11 thousand. He said that would be no problem. He discussed it with the manager, and they said it would be 11 thousand. I agreed with that. However, once I got the paperwork from the finance company, the job is totaled at 27 thousand dollars. I called them back and told them to send me the paperwork with the total cost of the job. It was 16 thousand. I told them to redo the contract, and charge me for 16,000. The work was for gutters on a small house and some paint on wooden pieces. I've been trying to reach them since April, and now we are into May. I have gotten no response. This company is a scam.

There were multiple aspects of the job that were wrong and had I not been in site would have been completed incorrectly. My job was scheduled to be completed Feb 12, 2024. Did not actually get completed until April 22, 2024.
Furthermore, the roofers and siding workers left access materials for me to have to deal with.

Cost maybe more than my friends

They provided great service and were very courteous. We had to reschedule and they were understanding and accommodating. They explained everything in detail. Everything turned out great.
