They kept me informed as to what was needed during my roof installation

I found the company representatives to be thorough, very professional and responsive to all my question. The Team Project Manager and Team conducting the roof application were efficient, tidy and productive ed an excellent end product. I’m very happy with my new roof.

Repair was quick, and done completely

Not fully confident on the completion of the job. More so after seeing my roof leak only after a day of being completed. Now I'm worried about my attic and other areas I can't get to easily.
I feel the price was closer on the high side. If time was on my side, I could have gotten a equal quality of work at lesser cost. But I wanted this project sooner then later, so I paid the price.

They did a wonderful job. They were prompt and did very good work. They cleaned up well.

Answered all questions and concerns we had. Did roof in timely manner, and cleaned area nightly and results were great.

Lack of transparency, communication, dismissing customers concerns when the roof was leaking. Inconvenienced time wise- was not completed in the timeline sold. Increased price for
Convenience was not worth it.

I was pleased with the work. Everything was done according to the agreed schedule, and Tyler the project manager came up with a good work around for an unforeseen problem that arose. The actual work crew behaved very well, doing what they were supposed to do conscientiously and with minimum delay or distraction. Great work ethic. All in all, a professional job. I would certainly recommend Home Genius.
