A young company, who provided us a quality job!

Heritage replaced our 25-year-old original builder's-grade roof with the Owens Corning TruDefinition Architectural shingle. Our house and stand-alone carport sit a chip shot away from the Intracoastal Waterway. We were very concerned about exposure to storm winds and saltwater air effects on every exterior finish of our home. Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful through the decision-making process, as we were also changing the exterior colors of our home. The Aged Copper shingle that Rick recommended was the perfect complement to our new color scheme.

And the one-day turnaround from demo to completed project was beyond appreciated. The roofing crew and their workflow were a model of efficiency and to a man, they were attentive and polite. I can't say enough about how thoroughly they managed the eternal issue of stray roofing nails. And Rick himself came out the day after installation to sweep my driveway with a magnetic nail roller. THAT is customer service. And not one tire puncture through it all!

I highly recommend Heritage Roofing to anyone looking to balance cost with product quality, workmanship and post project satisfaction.

Very competitive pricing for the same product as other contractors we met with, and while not the lowest and definitively not the highest, they provided the best value with other intangible such as a 10 year "leak free" workmanship warranty, registering the shingle warranty with Owens Corning, working around our gutters (not requiring me to pay someone else to remove them) and including a wind mitigation report. The work was completed in just over 2 days and the finished product looks great.

I responded to a Facebook post about Heritage Roofing of North Florida after getting the "DREADED INSURANCE NOTICE." They called me to make an appointment to have a representative (Johnathon) to come to our home. He arrived very well prepared and offered me proof of their insurances and other legal documents without us even asking for them. We went over the entire project to see what we needed to put new roof on our house and our detached garage. He was very upfront with all his pricing and explained in detail how the entire process would go and what all would be included. He brought out several brochures of different shingles styles and colors to chose from. We already had received two other estimates and the Heritage's estimate included more items at a better price. We asked if Heritage could offer a senior or veteran discount and he gave us a decent amount off of the total estimate with a senior discount which helped us out a lot. Johnathon was very personable and did not pressure us to sign. Once we signed their contract they gave us a starting date as soon as they could because our roof was in such bad shape. Their crew showed up early on the promised date and worked like a hive of bees while taking off our old roofing materials and installing our new beautiful roofs in only TWO long days. Their roofing crew had to be the most hard working and efficient workers ever. They respected our property and did an amazing job of protecting our shrubbery and koi pond while cleaning up as they worked. They even sent workers out three different times immediately AFTER completing our roofs to make sure everything had been cleaned up and disposed off properly. It was a pleasant experience from contact to finish and we highly recommend this company.
