They got the work done in the timeframe. But when it comes to responding to your questions or concerns, it is like talking to 5 year-olds. The people at the office were good, but the person that was handling the contractors were horrible. For example, they have been done for a month now and the old windows were still in the driveway. I called them last week to pick the windows up and they just picked them up on Monday. I had to remind them several times.
