Green ID has been involved in numerous green building projects including the GreenBuild Legacy Project which was featured during Greenbuild in 2009. Green ID's founder and CEO, David Byrnes, was a team member during the conceptualization and design of the Green Room Gallery on display at the Arizona Science Center in 2010.
David Byrnes is a LEED Accredited Professional, Building Analyst Certified through Building Performance Institute (BPI) and Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET), Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA) Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certified, and received his Masters of Science from the University of Arizona in Chemical and Environmental Engineering. David is dedicated to keeping on top of new technologies and research in building science for the benefit of his clients. He has served as a testing proctor with Building Performance Institute. When looking for a consultant for your home, it pays to have an experienced team. All energy consultants are not equal in training, experience or ability.
David is an active committee member with the U.S. Green Building Council, Phoenix, Arizona chapter, a proud member of Local First Arizona, contributes to Home Energy Magazine and serves as Chair of the USGBC Technical Committee. Hide

These guys were fantastic! We noticed an immediate difference in the climate of our house. We have already recommended and they have done work on our neighbors houses. Definitely recommend their services.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Their attention to detail. Not satisfied with some of the leakage readings, they continued to look and look until they found the problem. Took them longer than they expected, and honestly, how would we would have known? Tremendous display of work ethic and integrity. Bravo!

Areas Of Satisfaction - The guy who did the consultation was extremely intelligent when it came to the ins and outs of tightening up a home. It was a lot of helpful information, but on the other hand, I wish there could have been a follow up with the same guy and his equipment to see how everything turned out afterwards.

Recognized Excellence - Erick did balancing of the air flow by adding baffles in about 4 places I believe. Erick (the crew lead I believe) was exceptional Yes, the crew lead and the work crew guys were amazing in all the effort they put in, their professionalism and work ethic. One guy however seemed to barley speak English but he only loaded the insulation bags in the blower.
