I highly recommend Great Plains windows and doors. The price was lower than other competitors for a similar product. My husband and I were pleased with the quality of the windows and doors and GP installation process. They worked quickly and completed the windows room by room. They never left any equipment or materials in our yard overnight. The installation went smoothly, they were fast and very clean.

The whole experience was great from the initial contact to the installation. Very friendly installers. It was in the middle of January but there was very little impact to the heating of the home. Everything was cleaned up when installers left.

I cant say enough good things about Great Plains Windows and Doors. The companies communication, integrity, skill, ability to work with the customer's schedule, and ability to resolve issues is outstanding. We had some issues with our security system routing and Great Plains Window and Door worked with our security company provide to resolve all our issues. The craftsmanship of the wood work is perfect and the construction of the window is impeccable. I could go on and on about how much Great Plains Windows and Doors has vastly exceeded my expectations.

We had Great Plains Windows and Doors perform a replacement of the existing windows in our house with Andersen 400 series windows (apart from 2 windows which were gliders and therefore needed to bump up to the next level of window.We ran across an immediate issue with water seepage in the first window, which we were worried about, but they were able to fix the basic issues and gave us the name of someone who could repair the rest of the wood and siding below the window that needed to be replaced. During the process of evaluating how bad the situation was, they kept us informed and let us know what was happening and why they were doing the specific work they were doing.Finally, the two primary installers, who were here all week (we also had 2 other people come in to help for one day up front and another day at the end) were very nice and kind and they treated our house like it was their own. They put down dropcloths every morning from the front door to their workspace and cleaned up each night so you would not have even known they were there.We have been very satisfied with all aspects of the work and are very happy with results we got going with Great Plains Windows and Doors.

It is rare that I have service that is so good I have to write about it. First, I bought a house that had 38 year old windows. Being on a budget, Adam and Tony helped me decide on which windows needed Renewal replacement windows first and identifying potential cost trimming by eliminating unnecessary features of the old windows. And once the date arrived for delivery and install, Tony and the rest of the work crew at Great Plains windows were phenomenal! On time, professional, organized, protected my house from damage during demolition and install, made sure my dogs didn't escape the house and finished the project on time! I've had replacement windows installed before by other companies, but the trim work from the Great Plains crew was amazing! Not a gap or unfilled nail hole anywhere, not even where the old windows had damaged some drywall or where the walls are not flat. The stain was matched perfectly after install as well. Can't say enough good things about Great Plains!

I loved working with Adam and Mack, the install was so easy and they were very friendly and professional! I'm often nervous having workers in my home without me there, but I had absolutely nothing to be worried about. I highly recommend them to anyone getting new Anderson Windows! Other sales reps can be overly pushy, but Adam was very polite and friendly!

Additional Comments - Excellent experience from start to finish. We truly appreciated that we were kept updated throughout the process. If an issue arose, it was handled immediately. Anything that couldn’t be remedied on the spot, was sent to the correct teams for correction. Everything has been completed as promised. I can’t think of anything Great Plains could have done better. Honestly! It was that good of an experience.

I spent 13 years working for a window company, and I know a lot about residential windows. Tony and Luke are absolute craftsmen, and are meticulous and attentive to nuances. They did a really fine job installing the windows and insulation. They have a great system to installation and they customized it to my project. What stands apart is the meticulous details in craftsmanship. The installation process was phenomenal.

Be very cautious who they have do the installation. The subcontractor they saddled us with was sub-par.

These guys did a great job installing windows in our home. The windows and interior trim are beautiful and the quality of installation is top notch. The price was also reasonable, so all around I'm very satisfied!Two small annoyances are that: 1. The new window framing is an inch smaller than the previous window framing; this makes none of the previous blinds (nor standard-size blinds) fit; our former windows were very standard size (24" x 40") and the new ones are now non-standard. 2. Miscommunication around interior finishing happened so that we ended up doing our own staining and varnishing; we negotiated a lower price and are satisfied with this end result.

its too bad it took as long as it did but it happens when i had to deal with the association but over all iam very pleased with the way it turned out.
