Gravina's was great to work with in spite of the "supply chain" long wait for the windows. Once they got here Gravina's was quick to set up an installation date with us that fit our schedule. The installers were clean and professional as well as being friendly and comfortable. The bedroom window was a simple job of remove the old and inset the new, but the bathroom window was a carpentry job as well. Tom spent an entire day, inside and outside of our second story bathroom, rebuilding, caulking and correcting the existing window opening on our 1897 house, before installing the new window. Now there are no air leaks, no whistling wind on a cold night. The windows are tight, firm and secure.
We chose Gravina's specifically because when making the original estimate they noticed the issue of the bathroom window and included it as a matter of course.

I had a great experience with both the salespeople and the installation crew. The salespeople were very knowledgeable, had good advice, and gave me time to talk about what I wanted. The installation crew was efficient, informed me of what they needed, and made sure the house stayed clean during the install. Two of my neighbors also used Gravina's and were very happy with their experience as well.
John the salesperson did everything late, called him a couple of times and never heard from John ever again. They assigned me to a new sales person named Wendy. Lack of communication mainly.

Areas For Improvement - They didn't really fall short. I don't fault them that it wasn't done on the timeline. They did it a month later, but I wasn't in a huge hurry, and I don't fault them for it. They communicated that to me, and I was fine with that.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was definitely satisfied in the initial meeting with the crew. They were very through; like, they were honest. I like the whole family aspect. The crew came out to do the windows were extremely friendly, courteous, and did a great job. During the process, the initial meeting and going over the product--those two areas were exceptional.
Recognized Excellence - I can't really think of anyone in particular. I remember the one lead guy on the crew, Tom. They were all great. Then at the initial meeting, John and Chrissy--the people I met with--I thought they were both great.
I am disappointed after paying that much money. I am disappointed in them doing their job correctly.
