Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff from the showroom through the install. They carry very nice quality products at a very reasonable price.
This is the second time Gravina's Window Center installed windows at our house. We called them again because they did a great job the first time. We are just as happy the second time.
They worked with us when we have some extenuating circumstances. They have a wonderful customer service.

I had a great experience with both the salespeople and the installation crew. The salespeople were very knowledgeable, had good advice, and gave me time to talk about what I wanted. The installation crew was efficient, informed me of what they needed, and made sure the house stayed clean during the install. Two of my neighbors also used Gravina's and were very happy with their experience as well.
John the salesperson did everything late, called him a couple of times and never heard from John ever again. They assigned me to a new sales person named Wendy. Lack of communication mainly.

I was real happy with them, and I'll use them again. I was happy with everything, from sitting down with them until finish.
Areas For Improvement - They didn't really fall short. I don't fault them that it wasn't done on the timeline. They did it a month later, but I wasn't in a huge hurry, and I don't fault them for it. They communicated that to me, and I was fine with that.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was definitely satisfied in the initial meeting with the crew. They were very through; like, they were honest. I like the whole family aspect. The crew came out to do the windows were extremely friendly, courteous, and did a great job. During the process, the initial meeting and going over the product--those two areas were exceptional.
Recognized Excellence - I can't really think of anyone in particular. I remember the one lead guy on the crew, Tom. They were all great. Then at the initial meeting, John and Chrissy--the people I met with--I thought they were both great.
I am disappointed after paying that much money. I am disappointed in them doing their job correctly.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I think the result of the new windows was even better than I could imagine. It's so hard deciding on a window how it'll look. I had inserts on one window I took off, and it was the best decision. The quality is good, and the recommendation. It was hard to visualize how it looks, but the end result was great.
Additional Comments - It's just a pleasure, even though it took some time from the time of signing to install it. It was worth the wait--I was very pleased with the outcome.
