We had a flat roof torn off and replaced with plenty of hard work by Brett Chamberlain. He also replace the rotten facia behind our gutters. He kept us informed throughout the job. Our yard was left clean and the roof looks perfect.

The Graves Bros. team was very organized. They scheduled a repair promptly and planned around the weather when needing to remove shingling on my roof. Brett, Dave, and all involved with the repair process were very thorough. Customer service was thorough, and Scott answered any questions I had. I would recommend them and will be using them in the future.

It was less than 3 months before the piece of siding they put on came off

I left five separate messages with three different individuals. I asked them if they recorded the calls and made a note in their database. They said yes, but Graves Bros. Home Improvement Co. still sent out a gutter crew that I asked them not to, and I had to pay to fix the issues caused. Graves Bros. Home Improvement Co. never came back out. I was promised I would not get that gutter installation team from the first time, but they were sent out anyway. They were told not to start working until I got home. When I arrived, they had every gutter off the house, and I called Graves Bros. Home Improvement Co. to let them know that they sent the wrong team out, as I had asked them not to come back out. They told me it would be two months for them to send another crew. The work done is still not right. I had to have someone come out to address the issues the gutter crew caused with my cable. There are 1-inch spaces between the roof and gutters, so it does not catch the water properly. The main gutter guy has a bad attitude, and the only reason I could get him to make minor adjustments was because his son was there. His son even stated, "He has issues.".

I have no complaints about the job; they did it very well. I don't have any problems with the roof, but I am not happy with the little responsibility they took. They need to take more responsibility when the rain comes. My opinion is that they have to be more responsible.

I am likely to recommend Graves Bros. Home Improvement Co. because they're the best company I've had do roofing, and I'm satisfied with the work they did.

They did a poor job. The siding people were good, but the workers that did the gutters sucked. I have to wait until the next time it rains to see if the gutters are working because I paid a lot of money for this project to be done. I had to wait a week before they came out to fix the gutters.

Everything about our experience was timely, efficient, and friendly. They were communicative and made everything easy.

Had 2 layers of roofing stripped, replaced plywood on main section of house and new shingles installed. Steve outlined work to be performed very well during sales visit, and on contract. Grant, the supervisor, workers, and equipment arrived the day work started. Workers stripped off old roof, replaced plywood, and installed new shingles in one day. Workers were courteous, knowledgeable and very hard working. Grant monitored the project. Finished job looks great.

Andrew was very thorough, answered questions, and was helpful.

Your contractor was very professional and made the repair better than I had hoped. A very old fixture for him to work on, very warm day, and an inquisitive customer didn't deter him.

The first guy out, Dave, did a terrific job installing new flashing and cedar shake shingles on my attic dormer. There was a bit of a snafu with the second guy that came out to finish the job, but Graves made good and sent a 3rd guy out to fix up the issues I had. 3rd dude did a terrific job too. All in all, a good experience.

Graves Bros replaced our sliding patio door and did a great job! They communicated every step of the way and came out to do the job in a timely manner. I would love to hire them for any future needs!

On the day of the install Grant and the crew were efficient and cleaned up great so there were no stray nails to puncture a tire or the dogs to step on. Work was completed in one very long day. The new roof looks great and the gutter repair looks great too. Thanks guys.
