From start to finish we felt quite comfortable with using Graves Bros.
Everyone there was quite knowledgeable and helpful and would certainly recommend them.

The guy was very easy to communicate with, and he called about an hour before he came. He kept me posted while doing the diagnoses and fixed it. He was very easy to work with. He had to get a part to complete the siding and communicated with me through that as well.

The overall project came out very nice. All the people we ineracted with very nice and helpful...Our dormer siding looks great.

Max Blowers and the Graves Bros team were absolutely phenomenal through the entire process. He was transparent, punctual, and easy to communicate with. We had our siding and gutters replaced. The install team were quick, even in cold and inclement weather, and got the job done in less than a week, just in time for the Christmas. With a couple follow up items, the service technician Ryan, did an incredible job to put the finishing touches on our doors, with nearly seamless wrapping all the way around, blending it perfectly to line up with the new siding. While Graves Bros was not the cheapest quote we received, they were receptive to our budget and what we were looking to have done, super informative on the process/materials used/etc., and we came to a plan that we were comfortable with and affordable. All this while knowing they weren't going to sacrifice quality or cut corners anywhere. We've received tons of complements on how great everything looks. Overall, we'd recommend Graves to anybody looking for siding, gutters, or anything else. Make sure to ask for Max and you won't be disappointed!

Overall, the project took three months; there were multiple cancellations. It should not have taken that long; there was not a lot of communication. I was never given a full assessment. They broke down how they charge but never gave me a quote to begin with, and it ended up costing me considerably more than what I wanted to pay.
