Graeagle did an excellent job in our time of need. Our house flooded and I contacted our insurance company. They said Graeagle would be contacting us. Within 1/2 hour Graeagle contact me and they were at the house within 2 hours drying it out. They came and checked on the drying progress everyday. Considering the circumstances, they made the process a lot easier.

GraEagle Construction was good. The guy in charge of the project was here every other day. He explained things to me and answered questions I had.

They were not very communicative when it came to telling me when people would be out. I asked them specifically to let me know two days in advance before they came out. I asked them to give me a general overview a the end of each week. That only happened once. The project took way too long. It was only a little bit of drywall work and painting. It took close to six months.

I would not recommend Graeasgle Construction as they damaged quite a few items in my home when they were moving items.

My house flooded and the insurance company originally assigned another contractor to handle the claim (which I fired), but thankfully GraEagle was assigned to take their place. Other than taking more time than I would like (no fault of GraEagle), everyone with the company was good to deal with. Their contracts were far more professional than what I was given from the contractor I had to fire, and everything was pretty much delivered as promised and on time. The absolute best person who worked on our job was Abraham Gonzalez who did all the painting, some of the baseboards and the final finish work. He was extremely personable and accommodating. This is one contractor that gives the profession a good name! I would definitely hire them again.

GraEagle Construction was recommended by my insurance carrier to repair the water leak and damage. What I did not know was GraEagle does not handle plumbing repair. The walls were opened up and dried out but no one told me I had to get my own plumber to fix the leak. GraEagle put the walls back. My tenant starting using the bathroom, the leak happened again. It was frustrating to wait three months and found out the leak still needed to be fixed after the walls were put back together.

They're a responsible, professional company that takes their job seriously.
