I have already recommended them a couple of people.
i would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or siding they did an excellent job and took great attention to details
Gotcha Covered Contracting made the entire process easy and painless. The job was done right, and they even resolved problems from the original roofer such as replacing damaged boards and sealed areas that were left vulnerable. Ian James, Shawn Hunter and the entire roofing crew were great.
The staff was friendly and professional. It was easy to contact them throughout the planning process. The crew worked very hard and skillfully. My roof looks great.
There are so many things that they said they would do, that they didn't do. They said when they finished the roof, they would fix both downspouts and clean out the gutters, but they only fixed one. I also have nails everywhere.
After all was said and done, and the rose colored glasses came off, I realized I could have found a much better and more affordable company. From a foot through a roof before the job, to being told more money is needed after the job… I see now it was probably not my best judgment of a company. I am happy with how my roof turned out, but after being promised that they would deal with the insurance company and it would be “nothing for me to worry about”, I ended up being the one that fought with the insurance company to get more. I was the one that dealt with all the adjusters. All to get them more money to a job that could have been done for 1/3 less by another contractor. The install crew didn’t speak a full sentence of English, which made it difficult to check on any potential issues or status updates. If this is the case, then a project manager should be on every site to explain what’s going on when the homeowner wants to know what’s going on. That all aside, I have been getting calls and messages months after, asking where their money is…. when I have proof that our contract was fulfilled 100% to the penny. After talking recently with another customer of Gotcha in the area, it appears they do this quite often and try to collect extra money. I would just do your research. Some people Gotcha works for, some they don’t.
Gotcha Covered Contracting came through on everything that I asked them to do, and the numbers were spot on!
Have and will recommend.
I would recommend GCC to a friend in need of exterior remodeling.
I appreciate their thorough follow-up and the information they provided for me.

Covered Contracting (PA) did exactly as promised in a timely manner with highly qualified workers.
They did great and were easy to work with.
Gotcha Covered Contracting was very clean and neat and left no messes.
Everything about the job was top of the line. Our large roof was completed in one day with great fit and trim.
Work was done satisfactorily and all work was done neatly. Dave, the manager was very thorough and very pleasant to work with. Joshua, site manager was also pleasant and very helpful. They both were very very helpful and answered all my questions.
The crew covered things that they didn’t want to get damaged like our new deck and moved porch furniture out of the way while putting the roof on and then put everything back the way it was. They did the job within a day, and we are very pleased with the outcome.
Local friendly service.
The work was well-done to the standards of quality that was promised. We are satisfied and would recommend to other homeowners.
Very helpful and efficient.
They do nice work.
They were very professional and did a good job.
I have already recommended Gotcha Covered Contracting to a friend and he is doing the work.
Gotcha Covered Contracting was very professional, very knowledgeable, and had an excellent crew, and excellent salesperson, Bob Bruno. It was a wonderful experience all the way through. We have been getting so many comments from our neighbors, on the roof and the color. The neighbors were also very impressed with Gotcha Covered Contracting. They were phenomenal. I would give them 10 stars, they were excellent.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Gotcha Covered Contracting (PA) as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
