Additional Comments - I wanted to take the time to write a review for GBC because overall we were very impressed with everything! From our first call and meeting with Aaron (the owner) to dealings with Alex (roof) and Steven (windows), all were super professional, yet friendly, and know their jobs extremely well. Any question, no matter how big, small, or detailed, they all answered with expertise and were able to explain things for easy understanding. We did a roof (with a bunch of termite repairs and all new facia), along with retrofit windows, 2 sliding doors being new installs, and are extremely pleased with the outcome. The quality of work shows in everything they did! From set-up to clean-up, these guys were on the ball! We would highly recommend them in the future to anyone looking for quality and professional workmanship. They definitely weren’t the least expensive, however, you can’t put a price on quality, consistency, professionalism and reliability. These are important when doing any type of remodeling and you can have complete confidence in all these things with GBC and more.

We were really pleased with the quality of the work. The workers they had were all really good, very polite, and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They had good control over their workers. Someone was always showing up to check up to see if everything was going the way it should.

Gilfand Berg Coating Remodeling Inc put the shingles down and I thought the work was perfect but the foreman pointed out that things were not right with the shingles. I would have never known about that but the foreman was so thorough that he made sure everything was perfect and redone. He did not have to point out those issues but he did anyway which I was very impressed with.
