Garner Remodeling was very professiona and their work was excellent.
Once the project was started, the people came and worked on the various aspects of the house. They were polite and patient with us and with our questions. They were able to explain things that were going on and keep us updated throughout the process.

All employees that I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable and were very easy to work with. I will recommend Garner Remodeling to any and all ....
I felt like the estimator was not professsional and when Iquestioned the actual quote and whether it should be rewritten he said no but in the end when the job was completed they charged me an additional $1,000.00 and I purchased all the materials.
Garner Remodeling is very professional and went above and beyond.
Their trim work was very meticulous, as was their craftsmanship on the inside. The builders were top-rate.
They were professional, courteous and kept me informed of everything that was going on.
Garner Remodeling did not do quality work when repairing my house. Neither were they timely in completing the repairs. I had to get an independent engineer to inspect the house and send them the report to show them the poor quality of workmanship. This included not rebuilding up to current building codes. I will not recommend Garner Remodeling to anyone.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Garner Remodeling as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
