Fresh Start came into my home when I had a chimney fire. The smoke had encompassed the entire attic. They took care of the smoke smell and washed the entire attic to get rid of the residue. Their cleaning was superb. It didn't stop at the cleaning they completed. The workers were a pleasure to have in my home. They were polite, courteous, and they made sure that nothing was damaged. Everything was done the way it should have been. Not only were the workers very courteous they were also very helpful when I had a question. They did everything that we discussed. They showed me diagrams and measurements. Ana, the owner, comforted me the day we first spoke. She called to set up an appointment and tell me about her own fire. She was a blessing.

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Fresh Start - Buffalo as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
