Contact persons were not easy to actually get responses from or speak with. We were given several different names of contact persons but it was confusing who to contact for what issue, so it sometimes felt a bit scary or uncertain. When It's your home you want to have clarity and confidence that we are all on the same page. In the end everything turned out great so no complaint about the quality of the work that was performed.
