I realize we are in difficult times with COVID, but I think the customer service was not good. Not the quality of the construction, but the ability to get the window replaced which was holding up the sale of my home.
They took a long time to get the windows put in. They messed up a couple of windows. I had to wait a while for them to get the right windows in and the job completed.
They need to have better communication. For months I was ignored and they measured wrong and I just got my window after ordering months ago.
This is based on the product and not the service itself.
Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows delivered great quality worked with grezt prices. They were timely and the main office called me on a weekly basis to let me know the status of my project. It was great!

Originally when they installed the glass roof, I had a leak the next day. The panels were not sealed properly. One good thing is they had a tech come that day, but I was never called back for them to come back to seal it. I had to call them to get a tech to come back and seal it.

The sales person was very nice. The material was delivered. The installation is still not complete or functional months after the bill was paid. The service man does not answer my calls. There were clips missing and the product does not work correctly. They still have not fix it to work right. It has never correctly worked. I understand that there was a civil crisis but the problem was way before.
