It was difficult to set up an appointment to do the installation. They could only do it on Sundays, when I decided to cancel is when they got me a different day.
They were very unresponsive and not helpful. I felt like I was disrespected by the lady named Janet.
The subcontractor made a complete mess of the sun room that I am still waiting for them to fix. They cut a wire that caused the electrical outlets in half of my house not to work. I have spent an additional $850 to hire an electrician to repair. The floor was not put down right; the cuts were bad. They did not take the trash, costing me an additional $700 to hire someone to dispose of the debris. The project manager came in the beginning, but was not onsite throughout the project.
Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows was very responsible and kept me up to date.
The installers were professional, courteous, worked quickly, and very clean. I have not one complaint. They were wonderful!
They don't keep their word. They don't show up on time. There's no communication.
They came and we did the first project, we did kitchen to put the work, they made a great design. We were really happy. In the second project we put cathedral above the living room.
The sun room is amazing, and a god send a controlling the temperature in the room.
They are unprofessional and unresponsive.
I received very poor customer service.
I have recommended several friends already.
They are the most unprofessional company I've ever hired. I am extremely disappointed in the services I've received.
The room came out beautifully and it’s a wonderful addition to our home.
The work was good but scheduling was impossibly terrible.
Communication could be better in a Covid-19 society.
Extremely happy with salesman and Instaler. Was a pleasure working with both .
Nice product had multiple leaking issues
We're having a few issues and they're aware.
The windows are beautiful, and I was satisfied with the service.
I realize we are in difficult times with COVID, but I think the customer service was not good. Not the quality of the construction, but the ability to get the window replaced which was holding up the sale of my home.
They took a long time to get the windows put in. They messed up a couple of windows. I had to wait a while for them to get the right windows in and the job completed.
They need to have better communication. For months I was ignored and they measured wrong and I just got my window after ordering months ago.
This is based on the product and not the service itself.
Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows delivered great quality worked with grezt prices. They were timely and the main office called me on a weekly basis to let me know the status of my project. It was great!
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
