The company is very reliable and does good quality work.
The process to get started took 11 months. I placed the order for my sunroom April 14 2021....the order was not submitted until June sometime because they said the manager was out for training...Ok now because of shipping problems. My sunroom was not started until March 2022. It is now May 15 2022 sunroom still not complete. They have received full payment for the sunroom but the project is not finished because of manufacturing issue. They had almost a full year to get correct. Very disappointing
They were a nice company to deal with. They took care of any isssues we had. We were happy in the end.

The salesperson was very personable and easy to get in touch. I didn't like getting the materials and having them sit in my yard for about a week and a half.

It was difficult to set up an appointment to do the installation. They could only do it on Sundays, when I decided to cancel is when they got me a different day.
They were very unresponsive and not helpful. I felt like I was disrespected by the lady named Janet.
The subcontractor made a complete mess of the sun room that I am still waiting for them to fix. They cut a wire that caused the electrical outlets in half of my house not to work. I have spent an additional $850 to hire an electrician to repair. The floor was not put down right; the cuts were bad. They did not take the trash, costing me an additional $700 to hire someone to dispose of the debris. The project manager came in the beginning, but was not onsite throughout the project.
Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows was very responsible and kept me up to date.
The installers were professional, courteous, worked quickly, and very clean. I have not one complaint. They were wonderful!
They don't keep their word. They don't show up on time. There's no communication.
They came and we did the first project, we did kitchen to put the work, they made a great design. We were really happy. In the second project we put cathedral above the living room.
