The sales person was very nice. The material was delivered. The installation is still not complete or functional months after the bill was paid. The service man does not answer my calls. There were clips missing and the product does not work correctly. They still have not fix it to work right. It has never correctly worked. I understand that there was a civil crisis but the problem was way before.
I am Very happy with the quality of the widows and the professionalism of the salesperson,the communication with staff and the expertise of the installation crew.
I am satisfied.

They installed the wrong windows. Marlon said the windows were going to look the same as the other windows in the neighborhood. I told the installers that the windows they were trying to install were not the correct, but they already installed several. The installers told me they could fix it, but no one has called me about it. Marlon said they can't change the windows.

I had an awful experience and am still waiting for resolution. The work was to start in 2-3 weeks I was told and 6 weeks later, after many angry conversations, it began. One of the screen installations has a hole in it. I contacted them right away and now it’s been 3 months & I’m still waiting for the screen to be replaced. I do not recommend 4 Seasons & will never do business with them again.
With my first project with them in 2001, I would absolutely give them 5 solid stars, but this was not as well organized so it would have to be within a 3 or a 4 as far as stars go. They broke a sprinkler head, but they did pay to fix it. As they were digging the holes for the project, they dug up the dirt and put it on my grass. When they left, the grass was yellow and dead. They took about 30 bags of cement on my grass which killed about a 3x3 square of grass. They didn't actively care like I felt they should have for what I paid.
We love our three season sun/screen room. The Four Track system allows us to use the room whether it is hot, cool or rainy and still feel as though we are outside. The installers, John and Joe, were super. It has been an excellent experience working with everyone at four seasons sunrooms. Try it, you’ll love it.

The evening after Four Seasons left, I tried to set my alarm system. The alarm would not set due to work Four Seasons did. I was told the workman would call me back to see if the issue could be resolved, but I have yet to receive a callback.
They did a really good job on a very hot day. John and his crew did great.
They did unbelievable job. Joe is amazing. John did a beautiful job. John did some adjusting to the locks and doors. It's beautiful. They did it under one day on a Saturday too!

Even though we did have a rough start, Four Season did come through in the end we mad a few negations and got exactly what we expected. Our New Sunroom Looks very nice.
