I am still waiting for a serviceman to return to install a rectangular cap, replace some molding and recauk some windows.

We were pleased with our choice of contractors and the job they did at a reasonable price.

The workers were very professional and knowledgeable, they answered questions pertaining to the installation and stated until the job was completed.

Competitive price, excellent communication, installers very professional and efficient. Sliding doors are beautiful and heavy duty allowing no cold or hot air leaking in.

The quality of the products and the installments is very good. The installation crew worked hard and made every effort to contain dust and prevent it from spreading beyond the work area. Small issues were resolved quickly. Marcos, the team leader is very knowledgeable.and has a strong work ethic.

We are still waiting for screens in our front windows, and the person who came to do the final clean up could not clean the outsides of the windows because he had no ladder. There seems to be some poor communications between your subcontractors and your service team. But aside from that, we love the windows, - many compliments and one referred customer - and everything else has been smoothe.

Everyone involved from sales to installation were very professional. The young men that did the installation were very considerate. They removed and put back window treatments, put up protective barriers to keep dust off appliances and furniture and cleaned up inside and outside after the window installation was done.

I would recommend this firm all day. Sales team was outstanding and the installation crew was second to none.
