They did everything they said they would do. From the beginning of the process to the end. The installation crew was fantastic. They showed up on time. While installing windows, they put plastic sheeting from floor ceiling. When they said dust and debris free . They meant it. There was no clean up on our part. They were very professional and courteous. We are absolutely pleased with how everything went. I have already spread the word about their craftsmanship and professionalism to a few of our friends looking to upgrade their windows. Carlos Torres was our field manager. He was amazing.He was in communication with us during, and after installation I wish I could remember the names of the installers. They were professional in everything they did. They always answered our questions. The only way we knew we had new windows installed was by looking at them. We definitely didn’t have any dirt or dust. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Would not recommend to anyone. First and foremost, the initial price quoted was $8500 for three small condo windows. Within a minute, salesman changed price to $5,500. This was the first red flag. Was promised an unequal lifetime guarantee, yet 4 months later, I'm still waiting on the screens. First set were garbage and not stitched correctly and didnt fit tightly in frame. That's the second red flag. Next, is the installers who couldn't speak English, so I couldn't ask any questions or correspond as to what or how things were progressing. The next red flag was finding out they ordered the wrong screen color and needed to reorder the correct color, and I'm still waiting to this day. Three months is too long to complete this job. Makes me concerned as to how long it would take to receive any replacements in case of an act of God. What takes so incredibly long to receive 3 screens? They didnt have to wait any time at all for my payment. Every time I call or text, I get the same answer. Product has been ordered and waiting arrival..

We had FHIA replace the windows in our home with impact glass. Our project was done in 3 phases. We had three different crews from FHIA in our home. They were all professional and were very knowledgable. I would highly recommend FHIA. I feel like we received a quality product and our home is well protected from future hurricanes.

We are still waiting for screens in our front windows, and the person who came to do the final clean up could not clean the outsides of the windows because he had no ladder. There seems to be some poor communications between your subcontractors and your service team. But aside from that, we love the windows, - many compliments and one referred customer - and everything else has been smoothe.
