Either the work crew boss did not understand English, or he deliberately ignored instructions. He allowed the removal of an expensive, Miami/Dade County approved power ventilator, which was supposed to be left intact; he failed to install a partial rafter spanning an opening left by the removal of a large roof window; he painted two power ventilator canopies black when he was told to paint two plumbing stacks black. The power ventilator, with banged up flanges and nail holes, was reinstalled, and the wiring was reconnected using tape, not wire nuts (which I installed to prevent shorts and a fire). Nothing else was corrected. With this kind of workmanship, I really wonder if I got 6 nails per shingle and 4 nails per ridge cap, which is what I contracted for to get 130 mph wind protection. Looking at the inside of my roof (from the attic) I can see places where this is questionable. I did not expect this from an Owens Corning Premier contractor

Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful guiding me through issues we had , the options and solutions available, and selection of materials. When any problems arose he was there to solve them. The installation crew was excellent and did a great job. They always arrived on time and worked very hard every day. The entire area was cleaned every day!

Flores & Foley installed a new roof for my home at a better price and used better materials than quotes I received from four other roofing companies. My new roof was installed just a week before hurricane Florence hit Wilmington North Carolina. Zero damage to my roof, it likely saved my home from extensive water damage. I can’t say enough about how great this roof and company is.
Let me say first and foremost, Flores and Foley ended up doing a great job repairing my chimney. My chimney had been causing leaks in my house every time it rained. Flores and Foley repaired the chimney right before hurricane Florence, and when I got back to my house after the hurricane, there were zero leaks or water damage. It was amazing! Also they were very reasonably priced compared to other companies I looked at. However, they were absolutely horrible about staying in contact with me and returning calls and messages. They constantly pushed back time tables and deadlines. It took MONTHS longer to get this job done than I had originally been told. It was very frustrating. But in the end, they did an amazing job on the repair work and they did it for a very fair price.
They did a good job repairing a "historic" roof just before the storm. It withstood Florence unscathed.
