The professionalism and expertise of Nabor’s team was exceptional! I would not hesitate to recommend them.
They did the job in one day which means that I didn't have to worry about overnight rain.
The roofers looked to me to be very great removing the old roof and putting on new roof. They worked consistently and seemed to help each other.
All and all better than expected. Would recommend Nabors and have.
While the schedulers (Debbie) were as helpful as they could be, people in NJ couldn’t possibly be as helpful as someone living in Atlanta, the largest city in the SE. Not to have an office in our city, where we could communicate with someone local is not only stupid, but bad business.
I was very pleased with their professionalism as well as their pricing.
Would use them again
Phillip returned the call promptly, then came out and serviced the garage door opener.
The finished work was not good. Caulking crooked and after I showed it to the person in charge he sent crew to fix & parts was still not fixed. They exhausted me having to show them over & over again. There were many parts of the work I was not pleased with. The finish work is important & it was not neat like it should have been and after I showed them most of it still did not look good. I expected better work.
Yes, I would recommend this company because I found them to be honest, courteous, on time and friendly.
In my review of companies to do my flooring jobs, I saw where Northside was recommended by a lot of people because they seemed to be honest, down to earth as well as deliver a "complete" job. For my initial flooring job they were exactly that and did a fine job. Since they did a good job on my first project, I thought they would do the same on my second project. This is where I became confused, I thought Northside delivered "turn key" results on their jobs as was done on my first project. (My first project was to take up and remove and take away carpet from two rooms and replace with vinyl flooring). My second project was to install carpeting over engineered hardwood in a short hallway. All went well until the installer was finished installing the carpet and I observed that the doors that opened into the hallway would no longer open due to the height of the installed carpet. I mentioned this to the installer and he said he did not do anything to insure that the doors opened properly. I asked if there was anyone coming to finish the job and trim the doors so that they would open properly, and he said "we do not do that type of work". At this point I was completely confused and disappointed since I was under the impression that this was to be a "turn key" operation. I contacted the salesperson that handled my project and he said that the company does not do that kind of work, but he knew someone that could trim the doors for a cost of $175. I told him that was not acceptable and that I would handle it myself. This is why I may or may not (depending on the type of job) recommend Northside.
John Roberts is an excellent builder, manager, and craftsman that excels in all areas of construction. He is a reliable building partner with great customer service and attention to detail.
Workmanship was fantastic, everyone was great to work with.
yes I would
We are very pleased with the look and the function of our new gutters!
The entire team was very professional and yet were very friendly. They answered any questions we had and addressed any issues we had. They kept us informed of any delays and put in long hours. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.
Northside did some follow-up work work due to some broken LVP boards on initial install. Was out of warranty but Cindy and Daniel made it happen and very happily took care of the issue and made sure it won't happen again. Not once did anyone mentione the word "warranty". They just did the right thing and took care of the customer. I always love companies in business for the long haul.....Northside is one of those. Thank you for the great follow-up and service!! In a nutshell, I highly recommend.
The man who replaced our garage door openers did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond the basic requirements and was a delight to work with.
High quality carpet cleaning at a fair price.
I love the luxury vinyl flooring that was installed throughout our basement. And the flooring installers were exceptionally professional. In addition to their workmanship, which was impeccable, they were polite, friendly and engaging throughout the process. They arrived on time and were very neat. The pride they took in their work was evident. I will be using King's Flooring for future projects, which is the best recommendation one can give. I would be remiss not to note that everyone involved in the process, from start to finish, has been accommodating and responsive to all inquiries.
Great service, knowledgeable and professional!
Phil quickly fixed the problem, made several suggestions that are helpful, and was pleasant and humorous. We would call them again if a problem arose.
Phil was great, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns
They were very easy to work with. Always on time (if not early sometimes). Cleaned up every day before they left.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Five Star Rated as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
