Robert took pictures and everything the day after I called them. I told them I didn't know any contractors anymore and to send whoever they send. They did a good job.

When they were tiling the bathroom downstairs, the guy was good. He did an excellent job and was very professional. We had to leave and left him with a door key and garage opener. He was very professional and very trustworthy. The guys that put the bathroom in, the flooring, and the utility room were good. I would give them a 4. I would give the tile guy a 4 also. The guys that did the paint were good, They were very professional, very polite. They came in and they did their job. I would give them a 4 also.

My experience with First Response was extremely disappointing. Had I known what I know now, I would have never gone with that company. It took them three years to fix my home. There was very limited accountability when things were going wrong. They disregarded my wishes several times. I had to withhold final payment just for them to come and finish and that is after one of the associates was basically harassing me to sign it after I said no. I wanted the work done first. With that being said, I would not recommend them or use them again.
