Chris, the manager came by my home himself and, took care of my project. It really impressed me. When a manager comes to your home, they really care about their company.
It took way too long to complete the work. Some work was not up to what I expected but they fixed it.

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
