I would only recommend Renuity to someone that could speak Spanish or one that understood there would be a language barrier with the installation team. I found it very frustrating that the install team could not answer my questions during the install.

You informed me early on when you had my job scheduled for and then performed on that date. The install crew was efficient and courteous and installed all windows in one day.

The whole experience went as Renuity said. The crew worked well together to install my slider.

I will recommend Renuity for sure however the followup from field manager needs for an issue that needs to looked at should quicker.

The windows are exorbitantly more expensive than any other provider we looked at. We chose Renuity (FHIA) because of the warranty. We were told the windows would be professionally installed to perfection. It looks like a junior high school shop class did the install. I found screws and broken glass for weeks outside in the grass where I walk, usually bare foot.
