Really disappoint. It took more than eight months for them to get my windows when they did. The person came over and measure it wrong .The person who came to measure the window made a mistake. I had to wait for six more weeks because they had to order a different window, and they had to measure it three times. had to wait for six weeks more because they had to order a different window and they measure three times. Really poor communication.It is highly disappointing that the windows were delayed for over eight months. The initial measurement was inaccurate, resulting in a six-week wait for a replacement window after three measurements. This situation highlights the need for improved communication and accuracy in the window installation process.

They were the only one with honest numbers from the beginning to end.

The installers did not check that the window actually worked after it was installed. The county inspector discovered that the window would not stay open and it needed a new part. It took 1.5 months for the new part to arrive! Plus Renuity's contract specifies that final payment is due after installation, but before inspection. So they had our total payment for 1.5 months even though the windows did not work! While waiting for the new part, communication was very sparse as to the status of when it would arrive.
