Salesman, staff and installers were friendly yet professional. The office kept me updated on every facet of the job. The installers were so polite and tidy when installation was complete. Even the manager was very involved, he did an inspection and was very interested in my satisfaction. A++!

have your sales dept. tell the truth. Salesman brought Pella sample, but didn't note it on the sales form I signed. The product installed was NOTE PELLA. I paid $6000.00 more than I should have. per a quote I received 2 days later.
