The product itself seems pretty good the time it took to complete. The job took well over six months from the time I ordered the windows to the time they put in the first window then made more wrong measurements had to come back. The original agreement had changed the salesman Told me about this grant that he be able to get me to help with the cost, which is no longer available. They were supposed to come back and lay stripping on my floor, where they had poured concrete as they had to chip away because of the old frames from the window so now inside the house by where my big sliding doors are at you can see concrete

Then one of my windows was also supposed to come tinted which it did not and they also did nothing about crediting me that they were gonna tint it from the inside, which I have big dogs, and that wasn’t going to work
