We had a 28 year old house with hail damage - now back then, the siding was thick and tough - but after the recent storms and very harsh weather, the siding had finally given in. There were dings and dents on every side - John saw that and offered a solution with siding that could take on that kind of beating for years to come! Second, both John Gallagher and his primary installer, Witek, were highly communicative and cooperative, receptive to customer input and responsive to change requests. John was very responsive to problems and resolved them to our satisfaction. His performance as a contractor reflects fairness and integrity. We are very pleased with the appearance of our home and have received a number of compliments. We are confident that EDI was the correct contractor choice for this project.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the salesman. He was very friendly and informative. He explained everything to me and it happened exactly as he told me it would. The windows have only been been in for a couple months, but they are doing their job. The instillation crew did a great job. They came in, cleaned up after themselves, and left.
