The bid we received from Excel was not the least expensive, but Tyler explained the differences in the materials being used and why they were better. Excel used a 2 man crew, so the work took a bit longer than the other estimates I received. However, the quality of the roof installation was first rate. The roofing crew was very professional and courteous, and did their best to keep the site clean. We were happy with the results and would recommend Excel to anyone who would ask us.
They did a great job. They were very accurate with their bid and they were here on time. I anticipated it taking much longer than it did, but I think they were finished in 2 days. They arranged for my gutters to be done also and those people were here as soon as the roof was finished. I am very happy. They also helped me to determine the roof color that I should have for this house. I don't think that they did anything wrong. They were very, very good.
Excel Roofing did an excellent job of replacing my roof. The crew was very polite and respectful. They made sure the project was done properly and did not rush the job.
We were very pleased with the service and the staff. We would definitely recommend them.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Excel Roofing Inspections as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
